EQUI Token Sale
A pre –sale will run from 1 march to 8 march 2018. A minimum
investment level of $100,000 is required to participate in the pre-sale*.
Accepted payments for the presale are USD,GBP,EUR and BTC.
The public ICO will run from
8 march to 31 march 2018. A minimum investment level of $100 will apply
to the public ICO*.Accepted payments for the public sale are BTC,ETH,LTC and
XRP.
The base cryptocurrency will be Ethereum. Other
cryptocurrencies will be exchanged vai the shapeshift API. Subject to
participants complying with regulatory guidelines.
Token Distribution
Should any of the tokens allocated for public sale remaln
unsold at the end of the ICO, 50% will be distributes to the ICO participants
on a pro rata basis . the remaining 50% will be distributed back to EQUI and
will be used to support future investment projects.
This structure protects the investor by allowing only those
who participate in the ICO to receive the upside of free tokens, helping
control price speculation.
Use of proceeds
The funds ralsed from the ICO will enable the completion of
the EQUI decentrallsed investment platform as outlined in our roadmap .Funds
will also be allocated to provide the necessary infrastructure and resource to
sustain the EQUI business . Any surplus funds will be used by EQUI to invest in
project alongside token holders.
